I use an app called DrawCast.
This girl is another old character I haven't release once again, her design isn't an actual one but it is a cool picture I guess and yet I am proud of this. I use blur on the lines to make it smooth but it is blurry to you, I apologize... I have to color all by finger which is quite exhausting, but I manage to finish. I can still feel pain at some point but I guess I am ok with it since it isn't a big deal. Anyway enjoy.
