The Dark side of Wicia

My computer mouse is charged so I am able to draw digital, I drew this in MS Paint but then I began to have ideas for it and I haven't done any Flash animation. (Well the gift to Alyssa doesn't really count ) So I have drew and animate the eyes and drew the gem on her hat, I can't possibly draw that in MS Paint and I am quite proud on it as well due to the fact, I have done detailed shading before. But anyway do please enjoy, it may not look so good with the eyes' speed after all. Oh and also I am testing myself if I could do a black and white picture along with shadow art shading.
